Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order or inquiry for lifestyle merchandise.

  1. Strictly Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable: All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed or processed, it cannot be cancelled, and no monetary refunds (cash, card, UPI, or bank transfer) will be issued under any circumstances.
  2. Non-Replaceable Merchandise: Products cannot be replaced or exchanged for a different product model, design, category, or color variant.
  3. Size Mismatch Exchange Policy (Apparel & Wearables Only): Size exchange is allowed exclusively for an alternate size of the exact same item, subject to stock availability, under the following conditions:
    • The exchange request must be raised within 48 to 72 hours of courier delivery.
    • All original brand tags, barcode labels, and security loops must remain attached, uncut, and intact.
    • The product must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unstained, and free from any perfumes or odors.
    • The item must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging and presentation box.
    • If the requested size is out of stock, a Store Credit Voucher will be issued.
    • Non-wearable items (miniatures, models, keychains, mugs, pens, luggage, electronics, etc.) are strictly non-exchangeable.
  4. Mandatory Parcel Unpacking / Unboxing Video: A continuous, uncut, and unedited video recording of parcel opening is strictly mandatory for any size exchange claim, transit damage report, or missing item discrepancy:
    • The video must begin before opening, showing a 360-degree clear view of the sealed outer parcel with the shipping label and AWB number in clear focus.
    • The opening of the parcel, removal of the item, and inspection of intact tags must be captured in one continuous single-shot video without any cuts, edits, or pauses.
    • Claims submitted without a valid, uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.
  5. Transit Damage & Discrepancies: Any transit damage or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the mandatory unboxing video and clear photographs.
  6. 100% Genuine OEM Merchandise: All lifestyle accessories, apparel, and collectibles are 100% genuine certified OEM products sourced directly from authorized brand principal channels.
  7. Delivery & Shipping: Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 or more business days across India depending on the destination.
    Additional Delivery charges are payable at the time of delivery
